Appointments are available every day of the week except Wednesdays, Sundays and some Saturdays.

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, 'drop-off' appointments are available. A 'drop off' means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off' sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, we will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.

*If you are having an emergency during appointment hours, contact us for an emergency admissions appointment.   What to expect: Once we learn of your situation, we will give you a time to bring your bird in (typically as soon as you can get to us).  Your bird will be admitted to our hospital ward and brought back to our treatment area for triage and immediate support care.  Though this may be a frightening time for you, we request that you remain in the lobby during your pets treatment so that our trained medical staff can devote their attention to your birds needs.  We will ask you to complete a questionnare so that we may learn a bit more about your birds situation.   Once your bird seems to have stabalized, and we know a bit more, we will update you on their condition.
